CANCELLATION POLICY

Our booking terms and conditions

Conditions: For cancellations or changes to your reservation, please call Brasserie Uno on +41 79 851 1768. Cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours before the reservation. In case of a late cancellation or a no-show, we will charge the menu price per reserved person to your given credit card. Please note that if you arrive with less guests than the number of guests booked for, we will charge the menu price per missing guest. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we appreciate a phone call and reserve the right to offer your table to other guests. A confirmed booking implies agreement to our terms and conditions.

Apologies but we do not accept groups over 6 people and do not split groups over two tables. * We do not offer corkage. * Due to our open kitchen, dogs are not permitted. * We do not offer a children’s menu or share menus. * For severe allergies, we cannot guarantee there will be no cross-contamination. Our food may contain traces.

    Brasserie Uno is a casual fine-dining restaurant in Zermatt, Switzerland, open Tuesday-Saturday, closed Sunday & Monday. Our last seating is 19.30. Bookings essential. Our 6-course surprise tasting menu features international flavours using seasonal produce when possible. Vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free & lactose-free options available upon request. For severe allergies, we cannot guarantee there will be no cross-contamination. May contain traces. We look forward to welcoming you soon.
